The restaurant was good and the food was brilliant! Our room was exceptionally clean with a great bed. - the location was great close to the beach.

The room I stayed in was silent and new-fashioned with view of the lagoon, a huge terasse plus " hot tub ". The location was AMAZING, within easy walking distance of an indoor mall. A big shopping mall and a shopping area were right next door.

The service was exceptional. the parking was convenient. the location was lovely, close to the beach and restaurants in a relaxing area. I enjoyed dining at Greg Coffee, just a short stroll away from the hotel.

The view from the room was superb , breakfasts were excellent, swimming pool territory is ok.
1/The front desk was not very helpfull, there was an impression that they wanted to get rid off you asap which is not acceptable for a 5* hotel. A dissapointing issue we had was that we needed to book a ticket for a bus and the receptionist told us that she didn;t have time to help and if we want to buy tickets we should go to the bus station (which wasn't very close) although we have found out later that it was possible to do it by phone. 2/The room was quite shabby,3/ no minibar,4/ Internet was not for free,when we bought a 1 day pass the connection was low.

The exceptionally nice location for the price, near to the beach and the promenade, where there are many shops, restaurants and sea sport locations and stores and the lagoon of Eilat. A nice size and extremely pleasant room with a panoramic view over the lagoon. - Comfortable beds and big bathroom.
